Olga`s Kitchen Incorporated in Grand Rapids

I love Olga's but I need to be honest our server made this meal. She took us from grumpy to happy in no time. She gave us extra attention, my girlfriend literally said "she had never been treated like this before" before I could even say" what about me?!?!", she said "except for him of course" lol. She was on the ball got our order correct and literally set the example at what a server should be. I served tables for 5 years keep in mind.... AJAY is the bee's knees , the cats pajamas and all that. Loved our visit.

Great food.. BUT our booth was not clean.. definitely in need of a thorough, deep clean & or remodel. My seat was falling apart.

Best part of the experience was Ajay! She was very energetic and outgoing.

My boyfriend and I stopped in after some holiday shopping and WOW the waitress here who took care of us was so polite, sweet and funny. She went above and beyond to serve us. Her mannerism and personality were top notch. I've never seen such an upbeat cheerful smiling honest waitress. I believe her name was AJ. ❤

I have always loved Olga’s, when I saw this location I was so excited to have lunch, but I was so disappointed with my sandwich, It was served swimming in grease. It was awful, I should of sent it back.

High quality food at decent prices. The best oita bread I have ever had! Good service too!

I was provided one quarter-filled tiny side cup of Swiss cheese spread to go with my $7 basket of snackers and that quite frankly is ludicrous.

Ask for Ajay! She was so friendly, energetic, and made our experience at Olga’s 100x better. Thanks for the wonderful meal and wonderful service!

I’ve always loved Olga’s! The food is great and the service is too. I eat here alone a lot and the servers are always so friendly. They don’t just get your food but ask you how everything is and how your day is going too. On top of the great experiences, I was very impressed with how well the manager and employees handled a not ideal situation I had. On 12/31, I called to place a pick up order and the lady from the call center on the phone said they were open at 7pm. My boyfriend drove there to pick up the order and the doors were closed. I let them know about what happened and they were so apologetic that they comped the order I put in today. Something that wasn’t even in their control but they fixed the situation! Very impressed. I will now be using Olga’s to cater a Galetines party I’m having! Happy customer 👍

I love the Olga Original as much as anyone, but sometimes I really enjoy a full size Greek salad in a chilled bowl. Both are so tasty!

We were seated right away but had to wait over 5 minutes for our waitress to ask us what we wanted to drink. They were not busy at all. After another 5 minutes, we got our drinks and they took our order. It took them 30 minutes to get our food out and when we asked for to go boxes it took them another 10 minutes. I won't be eating at this Olga's again anytime soon which is a bummer because their snackers are so good.

Clean and friendly service. We had to ask for refills though which is a bummer. I'd recommend if you like Mediterranean food.

Food is good but service staff is standoffish

We're enjoying a girls weekend with my kids and mother in law, and decided to stop at the woodland mall for lunch, when we decided to go to Olga's kitchen. Our server was Ajay, and she was amazing!!!! She was fun and took care of all our needs! I will definitely be looking for her the next time we come in! Thanks so much Ajay for the wonderful experience.

Olga's rarely disappoints. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is the price per portion. Clean Restaraunt and friendly staff!

It's been several years since I've stopped into Olga's in Woodland Mall. My sister and I use to love their original Olga's, spinach pies, and Orange Cream Coolers. YUM!This visit was the norm. We had fast and friendly service. The food was as expected and we thoroughly enjoyed our Orange Cream Coolers. They are a great treat. Very smooth and tasty.I also am a huge fan of their spinach pies. I only wish they still sold them in to go boxes like they use to a few years back. Definitely a nice place to eat when you are looking for something quick and not the normal burger joint.

So disappointing my last 2 visits to the Woodland mall Olga’s! I have loved Olga’s for years... and we all know that it’s because of their terrific bread! The last few visits it has come out paper thin like a tortilla or dried out like it was stale. I’m giving them one more try- 3rd strike and I’ll be done 😢
